1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Kuwait Digital Academy (KDA), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable
- Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited
3. Payments and Refunds
- All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once content access has begun
- Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if no content has been accessed
- Auto-renewal can be cancelled from your dashboard at least 24 hours before renewal date
4. Intellectual Property
All content — including videos, text, quizzes, and certificates — is owned by or licensed to KDA. Copying, distributing, or republishing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use the platform for personal educational purposes only
- Do not attempt to hack or damage platform systems
- Do not post offensive or misleading content
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from platform use.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
